Affiliate program terms

These terms govern participation in the ProdUp affiliate program. By setting up payouts, you accept these terms.
Eligibility
Every active ProdUp account receives a referral link. ProdUp may suspend participation where fraud, abuse, legal restrictions, or a breach of these terms is suspected.
Attribution
A new customer is attributed to the last valid affiliate link used within the attribution window. Existing ProdUp accounts, self-referrals, expired links, test transactions, and duplicate accounts are not eligible.
Eligible commission
The standard rate is 20% of amounts actually collected after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, credits, and chargebacks. Payment processing and platform fees are not deducted from the eligible base. The rate recorded for a referral applies unless separate written terms state otherwise.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds, credits, and lost disputes reverse the corresponding commission. If that commission was already paid, the adjustment is deducted from future affiliate earnings.
Payouts
Positive commissions become available after the holding period. Payouts are normally sent monthly after the minimum threshold is reached. Affiliates must complete payout verification and are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Prohibited promotion
Spam, misleading claims, impersonation, trademark abuse, cookie stuffing, paid traffic that misrepresents ProdUp, and attempts to manufacture self-referrals are prohibited.
Suspension and termination
ProdUp may pause new attribution and hold payouts while suspicious activity is reviewed. Legitimate accrued commission is not forfeited automatically. Fraudulent commission may be voided with an auditable adjustment.
Changes
ProdUp may publish new program terms for future referrals. Commercial terms already recorded for existing referrals remain unchanged unless required by law or agreed separately.
